▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing thermal insulation curtain cloth involves reacting aluminum isopropoxide and tetrabutyl titanate by sol-gel reaction under the effect of porogen in sulfonated polystyrene nano microsphere. The surface is shelled and calcined to obtain titanium oxide/aluminum oxide nanoporous hollow microspheres, added fluorine-containing silane, silane, and cationic emulsifier in water, added oxalic acid solution, water-miscible organic solvents, and ammonia water, hydrolyzed, heated, ball milled to obtain fluorine-containing silicon oxide modified airgel is mixed with zirconia powder coated with polydopamine on the surface to obtain modified aerogel loaded with zirconia, which is uniformly dispersed in N,N-dimethylformamide. USE - Method for preparing thermal insulation curtain cloth used in domestic and home production of various window decorations of fabric and in sunshine in summer. ADVANTAGE - The method produces product which has small density, good waterproof, heat insulation effect, good flexibility, good ventilation property, good vertical feeling, low temperature toughness, high modulus, bending resistance, stress cracking resistance, stain resistance, antibacterial and bacteriostasis and wide application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing thermal insulation curtain cloth involves reacting aluminum isopropoxide and tetrabutyl titanate by sol-gel reaction under the effect of porogen in sulfonated polystyrene nano microsphere. The surface is shelled and calcined to obtain titanium oxide/aluminum oxide nanoporous hollow microspheres, added fluorine-containing silane, silane, and cationic emulsifier in water, added oxalic acid solution, water-miscible organic solvents, and ammonia water, hydrolyzed, heated, ball milled to obtain fluorine-containing silicon oxide modified airgel is mixed with zirconia powder coated with polydopamine on the surface to obtain modified aerogel loaded with zirconia, which is uniformly dispersed in N,N-dimethylformamide, added N,N-dimethylformamide solution in which polyurethane is dissolved, and mixed evenly to obtain a heat-insulating waterproof coating, which is evenly coated on curtains made of cotton fiber, polyacrylonitrile fiber, bamboo carbon fiber, and graphene fiber. The surface of the cloth base layer is used to prepare a product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a thermal-insulating curtain cloth.
