▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene film involves contacting graphene oxide film containing graphene oxide having oxygen-containing functional group with fluid containing hydrogen iodide and alcohol, and reducing portion or all of the functional group. USE - Manufacture of graphene film used in laminated material (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to hybrid electroconductive material, solar cell, flat panel display device, super capacitor electrode, oxygen-reduction electrode catalyst, antistatic film, and complete gas barrier material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of graphene film having high electroconductivity using reduced amount of hydrogen iodide having improved safety and handleability, with reduced environmental load. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for laminated material, which has insulated substrate, and graphene film provided on the substrate.
