▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene oxide-silicon dioxide hybrid material contains graphene oxide, silicon dioxide, and 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane. Silicon dioxide and graphene oxide are used in a mass ratio of 1/1-1/10. USE - Graphene oxide-silicon dioxide hybrid material is useful for preparation of polyurethane nano-composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide-silicon dioxide hybrid material has excellent barrier effect and toughness, provides excellent mechanical properties and thermal properties to the polyurethane nano-composite material, and can be prepared in simple, easy and economical manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of graphene oxide-silicon dioxide hybrid material, which involves adding silicon dioxide to anhydrous ethanol, uniformly mixing, ultrasonically treating for 15 minutes, adding 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane to the mixture and then ultrasonically treating for 15 minutes, stirring the mixture and then reacting at 60 degrees C for 6 hours, filtering the mixture and then washing using ethanol, drying at 60 degrees C for 24 hours to obtain an aminated silicon dioxide, dissolving graphene oxide in deionized water and then ultrasonically treating for 1 hour, dispersing the mixture in aminated silicon dioxide and then ultrasonically processing for 30 minutes, stirring the mixture and then reacting at 30 degrees C for 3 hours, filtering the mixture and then drying at 70 degrees C for 24 hours, grinding the mixture and then sieving, and drying; (2) use of graphene oxide-silicon dioxide hybrid material for preparation of polyurethane nano-composite material, which contains 0.25-4 pts. wt. graphene oxide-silicon dioxide hybrid material as a filler and 99.75-96 pts. wt. polypropylene resin as a matrix; and (3) preparation of polyurethane nano-composite material, which involves adding polyurethane resin to graphene oxide-silicon dioxide hybrid material and then uniformly mixing, melting the mixture at 160-180 degrees C for 5-20 minutes, and stirring at 10-50 rpm.
