NOVELTY - Preparing bisphenol A type polysulfone resin modified material comprises (1) adding bisphenol A, 4,4'-dichlorodiphenylsulfone monomer and tetrabutylammonium chloride to the reaction kettle, introducing nitrogen for three times, mixing for 5-20 minutes under nitrogen protection, heating to 125-160degreesC, adding sodium hydroxide, preserving temperature and reacting for 4-8 hours to obtain bisphenol A type polysulfone resin, during reaction, keeping nitrogen pressure in reaction kettle at 0.02-0.05 Mpa; and (2) dispersing the nanomaterial in solvent, protecting it with nitrogen, and slowly dropping it into the bisphenol A epoxy resin obtained in step (1) while stirring, heating to 60-80degreesC after the dropwise addition, adding sodium hydroxide, reacting for 2-3 hours, and reacting under vacuum for 1-3 hours to obtain a bisphenol A type polysulfone resin modified material. USE - The method is useful for preparing bisphenol A type polysulfone resin modified material. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple; and adds nano-silica or graphene oxide to improve the corrosion resistance of bisphenol A polysulfone resin. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the device for preparing the bisphenol A type polysulfone resin modified material, comprising reaction kettle, the reaction kettle includes kettle cover with condensation system and kettle body with upper sealing plate, heating system is provided outside the kettle body, the upper part of the side of the kettle body is provided with a feeding port and air inlet, bottom of the kettle body is provided with a discharging port, the upper end of the kettle body is provided with a concave platform, the concave platform is provided with an upper sealing plate, the bottom of the rotating shaft runs through the kettle cover and the upper sealing plate and is suspended in the kettle body, the bottom of the rotating shaft is provided with a plurality of stirring mechanisms.
