NOVELTY - High-efficiency medical graphene conductive gel comprises 3-15 pts. wt. graphene nano-sheets, 7-35 pts. wt. water-soluble polymer and 50-90 pts. wt. water. USE - Used as high-efficiency medical graphene conductive gel. ADVANTAGE - The high-efficiency medical graphene conductive gel: combines the excellent water retention performance of the hydrogel, the excellent electrical conductivity and excellent antibacterial performance of the graphene material. The preparation method: uses radiation method without adding an initiator, thus product is more pure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high-efficiency medical graphene conductive gel, comprising (i) dispersing the grapheme-nano sheets in water, stirring and dispersing, further dispersing to obtain highly dispersed aqueous graphene dispersion by ultra-high speed nano ball mill, where the output rotating speed of the ultra-high speed nano ball mill is 5000-8000 revolutions/minute, (ii) adding the de-ionized water into the reaction kettle, heating at 60-70 degrees C, adding aqueous graphene dispersion and water-soluble polymer into reaction kettle, continuously stirring for 30-60 minutes at rotating speed of 300-500 revolutions/minute and (iii) cooling and injecting the mixed solution obtained in step (ii) into mold at room temperature, carrying out radiation crosslinking through radiation generator to obtain final product.
