▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for producing porous structure-based graphene foam, involves (a) heating dispersion containing graphene oxide and reducing agent in which the porous structure is immersed, converting graphene oxide into reduced graphene oxide and synthesizing a hydrogel by self-assembly, where the reducing agent is ascorbic acid, oxalic acid, formic acid, a metal salt, sulfur compounds and phosphoric acid, and (b) freeze-drying the hydrogel to form a layer of graphene layers having curvature along the curved surface of the porous structure, and preparing a wave graphene foam having a distance between the graphene layers of 1-100 mu m. USE - The method is useful for producing a porous structure-based graphene foam, which is used as a sound absorbing material, a shock absorber (all claimed), a vibration absorber, oil absorption and exhaustion material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene foam has high porosity, high surface area, and excellent mechanical properties, chemical properties, electrical properties, thermal properties, flexibility and transparency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) the porous structure-based graphene foam comprising the graphene layers having curvature arranged along the curved surface of the porous structure; and (2) a graphene in which a spider web structure surrounding the porous structure is formed while the sheet of reduced graphene oxide is dried.
