NOVELTY - Synthesizing graphene oxide/silver molybdate composite macroscopic assembly involves: preparing graphene oxide-silver nitrate solution by dropping graphene oxide into the silver nitrate solution and ultrasonically dispersing for 6-10 minutes; synthesizing graphene oxide/silver molybdate precursor by adding ammonium molybdate solution to the graphene oxide-silver nitrate solution; and synthesizing graphene oxide/silver molybdate composite material by adding diluted nitric acid solution dropwise to the obtained precursor solution, measuring the pH value until the pH reaches to 2, transferring the mixed liquid to a reaction kettle and performing hydrothermal reaction to obtain self-assembled graphene oxide/silver molybdate material, where the composite macroscopic assembly is a binary nanocomposite, the base material is silver molybdate nanowire, and the reinforcing phase in the composite macroscopic assembly is graphite oxide. USE - Graphene oxide/silver molybdate composite macroscopic assembly for use as separation membrane materials for filtrating and separating soluble organic dye molecules in aqueous solutions, recycling special dyes and treating sewage (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide/silver molybdate composite macroscopic assembly: has excellent mechanical properties, rich porous structure, excellent selective adsorption characteristics of sulfur and nitrogen-containing organic matter and important application prospects; and is prepared by simple and efficient manner.
