NOVELTY - Polyurethane foam composition comprises 60-70 pts. wt. polyester polyol, 30-40 pts. wt. isocyanate, 4-8 pts. wt. organic active polymer modified composite bentonite, 1-5 pts. wt. foaming agent, 1-3 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, and 1-2 pts. wt. foaming modification additive. USE - The polyurethane foam composition is used for building exterior wall insulation, roof waterproofing and thermal insulation integration, cold storage thermal insulation, pipeline thermal insulation materials, building boards, refrigerated trucks and cold storage thermal insulation materials. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane foam composition contains organic active polymer modified composite bentonite and foaming modification additives, which improves mechanical properties and thermal insulation properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing polyurethane foam composition, comprising (i) adding polyester polyol, isocyanate, organic active polymer modified composite bentonite, foaming agent, cross-linking agent and foaming modification additive to mixer for mixing at 300-500 revolutions/minute for 10-20 minutes to obtain material to be foamed, (ii) then inject the material to be foamed into the foaming mold cavity through the foaming machine, the foaming time is 10-20 minutes, and the foaming speed is 100-500 revolutions/minute, during the foaming, electron beam irradiation is adopted, and the irradiation dose is 1-3KGy, and the foaming is completed to obtain the polyurethane foam composition.
