NOVELTY - Ethylene-vinyl acetate material comprises 12-18 wt.% mixed flame retardant, 2.5-3.5 wt.% foaming agent, 0.5-1.0 wt.% crosslinking agent, 0.8-1.2 wt.% stearic acid, 0.2-0.3 wt.% zinc stearate, 6-10 wt.% raw vermiculite powder, and rest is ethylene-vinyl acetate. USE - Ethylene-vinyl acetate material with high buoyancy, high temperature resistance and impact automatic expansion. ADVANTAGE - The small amount of three-dimensional porous double-cross-linked polyaniline/graphene composite dry gel is added to the mixed flame retardant, and the dry gel has a three-dimensional double-cross-linked structure, and the polyaniline grows on the graphene sheet, so that polyaniline on the sheet is cross-linked with each other, and at the edge of the sheet is interwoven with each other, and form a three-dimensional double cross-linked structure together with graphene, which provides better foaming effect, greater buoyancy, after falling into the water, and easier for the material to automatically expand when it is impacted.
