▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A conductive PPS composite material comprises 40-75 pts. wt. PPS resin, 20-40 pts. wt. modified conductive carbon black masterbatch and 5-20 pts. wt. toughening agent. USE - Conductive PPS composite material. ADVANTAGE - The conductive carbon black with a smaller particle size ensures easy dispersion and high conductive efficiency. The conductive carbon black is fully soaked by the lubricant, so as to improve the dispersibility in the resin, and reduce conductive carbon black agglomeration. The toughening agent with high content of GMA has high reaction activity and good compatibility with PPS resin, so that PPS can be effectively toughened. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of the conductive PPS composite material, which involves S1, weighing each component in parts by weight and blending until it is uniform to obtain a premix, and S2, melt-mixing the premix obtained in step S1, and extruding and pelletizing.
