▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing sulfonated modified graphene oxide-based superhydrophobic B10 copper-nickel alloy surface comprises (i) first polishing B10 copper nickel alloy through 60 meshes, 120 meshes, 320 meshes, 600 meshes and 1200 meshes sand paper to removing impurities and oxides on the surface, then ultrasonically cleaning with absolute ethanol and acetone for 10 minutes to remove organic matter and then blow drying with nitrogen for use, and (ii) preparing super-hydrophobic structure by electro-deposition using electrolyte solution, the electrolyte solution is composed of 20-30 wt.% sulfonated modified graphene oxide, 15-20 wt.% linolenic acid, 5-10 wt.% benzotriazole and 40-60 wt.% absolute ethanol. USE - The method is useful for preparing sulfonated modified graphene oxide-based superhydrophobic B10 copper-nickel alloy surface. ADVANTAGE - The method: produces sulfonated modified graphene oxide-based superhydrophobic B10 copper-nickel alloy surface has corrosion inhibition efficiency of over 99%.
