NOVELTY - Use of electrode with residual ion in lead-acid batteries or lead-carbon batteries, is claimed, where electrode has electron conductor and an active material, and electrolyte attached to the electrode, the electrode is provided with residual electrons or residual holes at the same time. A cation and anion are introduced by the electrolyte, and the remaining electrons or holes are present on an electron conductor and/or an active material. The anion and the cation are present in the electrolyte, an absolute value of a charge number of the anion in the electrolyte and the cation in the electrolyte is not equal. The absolute value of the charges carried by the anions and cations in the electrolyte is not equal, there are residual electrons on the electrode, its net charge is N residual electrons, the total charge of cations attached to the electrode is greater than the total charge of anions, the net charge of ions is positive, and the net charge is M cations. USE - Electrode with residual ion for use in lead-acid battery or lead-carbon battery.
