NOVELTY - Integrated molding process of lightweight automobile seat comprises: combining the convex mold and the concave mold to form a foaming mold; mixing the polypropylene resin, multifunctional filler, antioxidant uniformly, adding the irradiated ethylene/acrylic elastomer; absorbing the framework iron piece on the mold by the magnet block; injecting the high-density foaming particles into the low density area and the high density area; drawing out the sliding partition; heating the mold, introducing steam; and cooling, demolding, drying and shaping to obtain light-weight automobile seat with low-density ethylene propylene polypropylene (EPP) and high density EPP, where the method further comprises using a spray gun to spray, and injecting high density foaming particle, and drawing out sliding partition at the bottom of the mold. USE - Light weight automobile seat integrated molding process for use in interior decoration of automobile. Can also be used in interior trim, chassis and other components. ADVANTAGE - The light weight automobile seat integrated forming technique has high strength, flame-retardant light weight, and excellent foaming performance, and inhibits secondary explosion caused by automobile battery.
