NOVELTY - Modified plastic based on a some layers of graphene comprises 1000 pts. wt. master batch and 4-16 pts. wt. 3000 mesh small-layer graphene powder. USE - Modified plastic based on a some layers of graphene. ADVANTAGE - The modified plastic based on a some layers of graphene uses graphene as a filler component to add to a PC / ABS plastic masterbatch or ABS plastic masterbatch, which can effectively improve its thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a modified plastic, which involves: (A) adding the master batch to the hopper of a barrel-type plastic color mixing machine, adding the diffusion oil containing polydimethylsiloxane as a component and mixing uniformly until the surface of the plastic master batch is uniformly coated; (B) adding a some layers of graphene powder to mixing it uniformly on the surface of the plastic masterbatch, and timing switch of the color mixer must be set to less than 2 minutes, so as not to mix and extruding the graphene powder layer structure for too long, and pre-hot water cold drawing and pelletizing system, the temperature range of the extruder head and the barrel is about 210-300 degrees C, and the feed rate / screw speed (Q / N value) depends on the actual extrusion, and adjusting quality to 1-5 pound per hour (pph)/revolutions/minute; (C) adding the processed plastic master batch to the hopper of the feeder, heating and melting through a water-cooled bar pelletizing system, extruding under pressure, cooling the bar to form a pellet, and then outputting semi-finished pellets; (D) preparing a coupling agent solution by mixing 3-(2,3-glycidoxy) propyltrimethoxysilane, methanol and demineralized water at a ratio of 2:7:1, and mixing thoroughly for half an hour; (E) pre-processing the semi-finished pellets, putting the pellets into a plastic high-speed mixer, and spraying the coupling agent solution directly on the filler, and stirring at 480 revolutions/minute for 20-30 minutes and drying at 120 degrees C for 2 hours; (F) preheating the parts of the twin-screw extruder again, setting the temperature range of the head and barrel to about 210-300 degrees C, and adjusting feed rate / screw speed (Q / N value) depends on the actual extrusion quality to 1-5 pph/revolutions/minute; and (G) adding the dried and pretreated granules to the feeder hopper, heat-melting through a water-cooled bar pelletizing system, extrude under pressure, cooling the bar to form and pellet, and preparing into modified polycarbonate (PC)/acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) plastic masterbatch or modified ABS plastic masterbatch.
