NOVELTY - Automobile gear material comprises 80-95 pts. wt. nylon, 5 pts. wt. polyolefin elastomers (POE), 10-15 pts. wt. graphene, 1 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.2 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.3 pts. wt. dispersant and 0.3 pts. wt. heat stabilizer. USE - Used as automobile gear material. ADVANTAGE - The gear material has better tensile strength and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the automobile gear material, comprising (1) taking nylon, POE, graphene, antioxidant, dispersant and heat stabilizer, (2) adding graphene to N,N dimethylformamide and fully dissolving to form graphene organic solution, (3) adding nylon, POE, antioxidant, dispersant, heat stabilizer and graphene organic solution to the screw extruder, and extruding the raw materials, and (4) cooling the extruded raw material and pelletizing by pelletizer.
