NOVELTY - Plastic-steel window material comprises 30-40 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 10-15 pts. wt. polyacrylate emulsion, 3-5 pts. wt. aluminum silicate fiber, 20-30 pts. wt. stearic acid, 5-8 pts. wt. calcium stearate, 1-2 pts. wt. initiator, 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant, 10-15 pts. wt. paraffin oil, 3-5 pts. wt. talc, 2-3 pts. wt. bauxite, 3-5 pts. wt. titanium pigment and 20-25 pts. wt. graphene powder. USE - Used as plastic-steel window material. ADVANTAGE - The plastic-steel window material protects human health. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of plastic-steel window material comprising (i) mixing polyvinyl chloride, stearic acid, calcium stearate, aluminum silicate fiber and initiator, heating at 60-70 degrees C and stirring for 40-50 minutes to obtain mixed material, (ii) calcining graphene powder, talc and bauxite for 20-30 minutes, crushing into powder and freezing for 1-2 hours to obtain frozen powder, mixing obtained frozen powder, paraffin oil and polyacrylate emulsion and placing in a reactor and heating at 90-110 degrees C for 3-4 hours to obtain modified emulsion, (iii) mixing mixed material obtained in step (i), modified emulsion obtained in step (ii), antioxidant and titanium pigment, and stirring for 15-20 minutes with ultrasonic vibration to obtain synthetic material, and (iv) adding synthetic material into the extruder, plasticizing, extruding, cooling, shaping and drying to obtain final product.
