NOVELTY - Preparing a microfluidic control for marine polymer microspheres, comprises (1) using the marine polymer solution as the inner phase liquid and the organic solvent as the outer phase liquid, introducing the inner phase liquid and the outer phase liquid simultaneously into the microfluidic device, under the strong shearing action of the outer phase liquid, the inner phase liquid Form independent droplets at the capillary outlet, and (2) feeding the above-mentioned independent microdroplets into the receiving liquid under the carrying of the external phase liquid, gradually solidify, separating out and condensing, and curing to obtain the stable marine polymer microspheres USE - The method for preparing microfluidic control for marine polymer microspheres, and as adsorbent and drug slow-release carrier (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method avoids the toxicity and harmfulness of emulsifier and organic cross-linking agent, and avoids the cumbersome elution of emulsifiers and unreacted organic reactive cross-linking agents. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing a microfluidic control for marine polymer microspheres, comprises (1) using the marine polymer solution as the inner phase liquid and the organic solvent as the outer phase liquid, introducing the inner phase liquid and the outer phase liquid simultaneously into the microfluidic device, under the strong shearing action of the outer phase liquid, the inner phase liquid Form independent droplets at the capillary outlet, and (2) feeding the above-mentioned independent microdroplets into the receiving liquid under the carrying of the external phase liquid, gradually solidify, separating out and condensing, and curing to obtain the stable marine polymer microspheres, and the above-mentioned marine polymer solution is chitosan solution or alginic acid solution, where the solvent of the chitosan solution is an acid aqueous solution with pH less than 5, and the solvent of the alginic acid solution is water; the organic solvent is alcohol, ethyl acetate and/or dimethyl carbonate having 4-7 carbon atoms; when the marine macromolecule solution is a chitosan solution, the above-mentioned receiving solution is composed of the above-mentioned organic solvent and an alkali dissolved therein; when the marine polymer solution is an alginic acid solution, the above-mentioned accepting liquid is composed of the above-mentioned organic solvent and the multivalent metal salt dissolved.
