▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Epoxy hot melt adhesive comprises 35-55 pts. wt. bisphenol F type epoxy resin, 20-30 pts. wt. medium molecular epoxy resin, 10-15 pts. wt. modified epoxy resin, 3-5 pts. wt. polyvinyl fluoride (PVF) resin, 2-4 pts. wt. toughening agent, 0.3-2 pts. wt. graphene, 7-10 pts. wt. dicyandiamide powder, 1-4 pts. wt. accelerator and 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. surfactant. USE - The melt adhesive is useful for high-modulus carbon fiber prepreg (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The melt adhesive overcomes defect of present epoxy hot melt adhesive insufficient in ductility, has flexural strength and impact strength, solves high-modulus carbon fiber prepreg yarn, and improves static wetting of carbon fiber and mechanical property of the carbon fiber product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing epoxy hot melt adhesive comprising (i) bisphenol F epoxy resin, toughening agent, graphene, surfactant, dicyandiamide powder, accelerator into a reactor, and then dispersing at high-speed at 1440 revolution/minute, (ii) adding product into a three-roll mill and grinding for 3-5 times, (iii) adding medium molecular epoxy resin, modified epoxy resin, PVF resin into a stirred tank, heating to 150 degrees C under vacuum condition, slowly stirring until all materials melt, , to stirring until the system becomes cloudy by turbidity, then cooling under vacuum to 70 degrees C, and (iv) adding grinded material into the reactor, stirring under vacuum at a speed of 60 revolution/minute for 30 minutes, removing the material and quickly cooling to below 20 degrees C to obtain final product.
