NOVELTY - An epoxy graphene corrosion resistant coating comprises component (A) comprising 0.1-5 wt.%, preferably 0.5-3 wt.% graphene material, 30-60 wt.%, preferably 30-50 wt.% epoxy resin, 20-40 wt.%, preferably 20-25 wt.% active pigment, 10-30 wt.%, preferably 15-20 wt.% pigment filler, 0.1-10 wt.%, preferably 0.5-5 wt.% dispersant, 0.1-5 wt.%, preferably 0.3-1 wt.% coating additive and 8-30 wt.% solvent. USE - Epoxy rust graphene corrosion resistant coating used for marine engineering facilities such as coastal and bay structures and marine oil platforms, transportation facilities such as guardrails, bridges, boats, containers, trains and railway facilities, automobiles and airport facilities, energy industrial facilities such as hydraulic equipment, water tanks, petroleum refining equipment, petroleum storage equipment, power transmission and transformation equipment, nuclear power and coal mines, industrial enterprise facilities such as papermaking equipment, medical equipment, food chemical equipment, metal container inner and outer walls, chemical, steel, petrochemical plant pipelines, storage tanks, mining smelting, cement plant equipment, grounding materials with corrosive media, wall cement components, and municipal facilities such as gas pipelines, natural gas pipelines, drinking water facilities and garbage disposal equipment (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent performance, and is prepared by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of coating, which involves carrying out (2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidin-1-yl)oxyl (TEMPO) catalytic oxidation treatment of graphene material, adding oxidized graphene material powder and dispersant to the solvent, mixing, grinding, ultrasonically processing to obtain graphene dispersion, adding epoxy resin, active pigment, pigment filler, coating additive and residual graphene material powder to the graphene dispersion, stirring and grinding.
