▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A soluble graphene oxide reducing material preparing method involves adding small molecule in a solution of graphene oxide of a hindered amine catalyst under irradiation of a UV light source. The small molecule and the solution of graphene oxide are continuously stirred at temperature of 20 to 100 degrees C until color of the solution does not change. The small molecule in the solution of the hindered amine catalyst is extracted and dried to obtain a re-dispersed graphene oxide reducing powder. USE - Method for preparing a soluble graphene oxide reducing material e.g. graphene-based optoelectronic material and graphite alkenyl organic structural material of organic optoelectronic device. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the soluble graphene oxide reducing material in a simple and environment-friendly manner, saving energy, and avoiding defect of uncontrollable reduction process.
