NOVELTY - Thermally conductive sheet comprises 20-30 pts. wt. boron nitride particles, 20-30 pts. wt. of modified graphene, 50-80 pts. wt. adhesive. The average particle size of the boron nitride particles is 10-30 micrometer. The adhesive is one or more of polycarbonate, polyamide, polystyrene. The modified graphene is prepared by dispersing graphite and exfoliating agent in water, then mixing in sand mill and performing liquid phase exfoliation to obtain graphene dispersion. The titanate coupling agent and graphene dispersion are mixed with mill to obtain modified graphene dispersion. The modified graphene is separated from modified graphene dispersion. USE - Thermally conductive sheet. ADVANTAGE - The thermally conductive sheet has good thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing thermally conductive sheet, which involves mixing 20-30 pts. wt. boron nitride particles, 20-30 pts. wt. modified graphene and 50-80 pts. wt. adhesive, extruding and calendering into sheet on extruder to obtain thermal conductive sheet.
