▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing silver-reduced graphene oxide composite nano materials by continuous oil-water two-phase flow in a micro channel reactor comprises e.g. (i) adding silver nitrate, sodium citrate, sodium lauryl sulfate, graphene oxide and water; (ii) mixing sodium borohydride, sodium hydroxide and water; (iii) passing aqueous solution A, aqueous solution B, and n-octane into a first capillary micro reactor and placing in a water bath for reaction; and (iv) passing reaction material into the second capillary micro reactor and reacts with the aqueous solution C, centrifuging and washing. USE - The method is useful for preparing silver-reduced graphene oxide composite nano materials by continuous oil-water two-phase flow in a micro channel reactor. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple process and uses mild reaction conditions. The nano material has high load, small particle size, narrow particle size distribution and good repetition between batches. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing silver-reduced graphene oxide composite nano materials by continuous oil-water two-phase flow in a micro channel reactor comprises (i) adding silver nitrate, sodium citrate, sodium lauryl sulfate, graphene oxide and water to obtain aqueous solution A under dark conditions; (ii) mixing sodium borohydride, sodium hydroxide and water to obtain aqueous solution B; (iii) passing aqueous solution A, aqueous solution B, and n-octane into a first capillary micro reactor where mixing aqueous solution A with aqueous solution B and dispersing in n-octane as separate droplets to form N-octane as the continuous phase, the aqueous solution of the dispersed phase of the two-phase flow, where capillary micro-reactor side of the reaction channel with a transparent window micro reactor or transparent capillary micro reactor, with a transparent window of the micro reactor or transparent capillary micro reactor is placed in a water bath for reaction; and (iv) passing reaction material into the second capillary micro reactor and reacts with the aqueous solution C, centrifuging and washing.
