▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene doped pyrolytic carbon (PyC) comprises (i) ultrasonic mixing of methanol, ethanol and water to obtain mixed liquid, (ii) placing substrate carbon fiber cloth or two-dimensional carbon felt in insulating region of horizontal alumina tube furnace, raising temperature under protection of nitrogen atmosphere and raising flow of nitrogen into tubular furnace, (iii) raising temperature to set value, adjusting flow rate of nitrogen, injecting mixed liquid to horizontal alumina tube furnace and cooling and (iv) reducing temperature and closing nitrogen to obtain product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene doped PyC (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method realizes graphene uniformly doped with PyC; achieves graphene doped PyC in complex structure; does not requires chemical treatment of graphene; and protects excellent mechanical properties of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene doped pyrolytic carbon (PyC) comprises (i) ultrasonic mixing of methanol, ethanol and water in volume ratio of 1:1-10:0.01-0.1 for 1-10 hours to obtain mixed liquid, (ii) placing substrate carbon fiber cloth or two-dimensional carbon felt in a insulating region of horizontal alumina tube furnace, raising temperature to 900-1400 degrees C under protection of nitrogen atmosphere and raising the flow of nitrogen into the tubular furnace for 50 sccm, (iii) raising the temperature to set value, adjusting flow rate of nitrogen to 100-500 sccm, injecting the mixed liquid in a injection rate of 1-50 ml/minute to the horizontal alumina tube furnace and cooling under protection of nitrogen, where the nitrogen flow rate is 50 sccm and terminal temperature in the injection device is 60-250 degrees C, and (iv) reducing temperature to 150 degrees C and closing the nitrogen to obtain deposited graphene product in substrate.
