NOVELTY - Hydrothermal preparation of water-soluble graphene quantum dot comprises adding 0.01-1 M polyhydroxyl carbohydrate aqueous solution into hydrothermal reaction kettle, heating for 10-600 minutes at 120-220 degrees C, condensing and polymerizing saccharide molecule into graphene quantum dot having dimension of 1-10 nm. USE - Method of hydrothermal preparation of water-soluble graphene quantum dot (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene quantum dot has water solubility, single dispersion, wide and low cost raw material source, environment-friendly process, easy batch production and photoelectric property.
