▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Photocatalyst comprises 65-74 pts. wt. catalyst carrier, 22-25 pts. wt. carbon-based material, 0.25-3.65 pts. wt. titanium oxide (TiO2), and 0.1-0.35 pt. wt. partially-oxidized graphene. USE - Photocatalyst used for desulfurization and denitration of ship flue gas (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The photocatalyst produces no secondary pollution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of photocatalyst comprising calcining melamine in muffle furnace at high temperature for 2-4 hours, cooling, diluting in alkaline solution after high temperature hydrothermal reaction, centrifuging, washing, and drying to obtain high surface area graphite phase carbon nitride (g-C3N4); adding n-butyl titanium dioxide for preparation of titanium dioxide precursor; oxidizing graphite in ethanol solution to obtain partially-oxidized graphene solution, and ultrasonicating for 2-3 hours; mixing products, and subjecting to one-step solvothermal reaction; drying product, diluting in nitric acid, mixing nitric acid and catalyst support at mass ratio of 1:1-5, and calcining at high temperature under nitrogen atmosphere; and grinding resulting calcined product, and passing through sieve to obtain photocatalyst.
