Chinese wolfberry powder, 20-27 pts. wt. lime powder, 17.4-22.3 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate, 8-13.5 pts. wt. dihydroquinoline, 8-13.5 pts. wt. dibutyltin dilaurate and 16-28 parts modified filler. USE - Cable material. ADVANTAGE - Cable material is reasonable, toxic with non-irritating odor, has a very good resistance-flame and magnetic properties, has improved abrasion resistance than ordinary cable material with thermal aging quality loss of 50% smaller than the average cable material, has good tensile properties and superior insulation performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Cable material comprises 50-60 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 25-30 pts. wt. low density polyethylene, 1-2 pts. wt. barium stearate, 5-6 pts. wt. 2,6-tertiary butyl-4-methylphenol, 5-6 pts. wt. pentaerythritol hexahexanoate, 5-6 pts. wt. sodium thiosulfate, 6-8 pts. wt. graphene, 6-8 pts. wt. calcium hydrogencarbonate, 20-27 pts. wt. Chinese wolfberry powder, 20-27 pts. wt. lime powder, 17.4-22.3 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate, 8-13.5 pts. wt. dihydroquinoline, 8-13.5 pts. wt. dibutyltin dilaurate and 16-28 parts modified filler. The modified filler comprises 3-4 pts. wt. alum, 3-4 pts. wt. peppermint oil, 5-16 pts. wt. sodium sulfate, 4-9 pts. wt. stalactite, 4-9 pts. wt. tetramethylthiourea, 4-9 pts. wt. N-dimethyl-p-methylaniline, 3-4 pts. wt. eel fish bone, 3-4 pts. wt. fish scale powder, 7-10 pts. wt. ginkgo shell, 7-10 pts. wt. paraffin wax, 12-16.6 pts. wt. trioctyl trimellitate, 12-16.6 pts. wt. trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate, 12-16.6 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate-carbon monoxide copolymer (Elvaloy (RTM: not defined) 741) 12-16.6 pts. wt. triphenyl phosphate. The modified filler is prepared by taking stalactite, eel fish bone, fish scale powder and ginkgo shell and soaking in 30-40% ethyl acetate solution for 30 minutes, then freezing in a refrigerator at -10 degrees C for 1 hour, and taking out and calcining at 520-600 degrees C for 1 hour, cooling and grinding into powder, and then mixing with other materials and grinding in ball mill at 1000-1500 revolutions per minute for 2 hours. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing cable material, which involves: (A) taking polyvinyl chloride, low density polyethylene, barium stearate, calcium bicarbonate, lime powder and polyethylene terephthalate and mixing and heating at 125 degrees C; (B) taking 2,6-tertiary butyl-4-methylphenol, pentaerythritol hexhexanoate, sodium thiosulfate, graphene, wolfberry powder, dihydroquinoline, dibutyltin dilaurateand feeezing at -25 degrees C for 20 minutes; (C) removing the material and then heating at 145 degrees C for 20 minutes; and (D) adding the modified filler into the material obtained for 20 minutes, and then feeding the material into a twin-screw extruder-extrude and granulate-obtain the product.
