NOVELTY - Polymer particles are added to graphene dispersed solution (B) which is obtained by dispersing graphene powder into a solvent, to prepare graphene or polymer composite dispersed solution. A graphene or polymer composite film is obtained using the graphene or polymer composite dispersed solution. The polymer particles are removed from the graphene or polymer composite film to obtain porous graphene film (S130). USE - Manufacture of porous graphene film used for electrochemical device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of the porous graphene film with excellent electrical properties, physical properties and chemical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of graphene dispersed solution (B), which involves dispersing graphene oxide in solvent, preparing graphene dispersed solution (A) by reducing graphene oxide to graphene using reducing agent, obtaining graphene powder by drying the graphene dispersed solution (A), and dispersing graphene powders into the solvent; and (2) electrochemical device, which has 2 electrodes and electrolyte interposed between the electrodes in which one of the electrode is manufactured using the porous graphene film.
