NOVELTY - Flexible phase change energy storage sensor comprises a substrate layer, a phase change layer and a conductive layer from bottom to top sequentially. The substrate layer is a thermoplastic elastomer nano-fiber film. The phase change layer is a mixed fiber film, where the mixed fiber film comprises thermoplastic elastomer and phase change material, the conductive layer is a composite of thermoplastic elastomer fiber film and conductive material, and the conductive layer is connected with an electrode. USE - The flexible phase change energy storage sensor is useful in smart pillow, smart mattress, and smart fabric (claimed), and also useful in medical monitoring, and health protection field. ADVANTAGE - The flexible phase change energy storage sensor has good flexibility, good strain sensing performance, and good thermal preservation effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of flexible phase change energy storage sensor, comprising (1) dissolving the thermoplastic elastomer to organic solvent to obtain first spinning solution, and electrospinning the first spinning solution to obtain substrate layer thermoplastic elastomer nanofiber film, (2) dissolving the thermoplastic elastomer and phase-change material in organic solvent to obtain second spinning solution, and electrospinning the second spinning liquid on the substrate layer, and obtaining phase change layer mixed fiber film, (3) electrostatic spinning the thermoplastic elastomer nano fiber film on the phase change layer to obtain film, and coating the conductive material dispersion on the film to obtain the conductive layer, and (4) fixing the electrode on the conductive layer, and connecting the electrode to lead to obtain product.
