▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing silver/zinc-doped micro-scaffold involves(1) Preparing graphene oxide-methacrylic acylated gelatin micro-bracket; (2) preparing a simulated body fluid cSBF doped with silver-zinc particles; (3) biomimetic mineralization of micro-stent: and (3) sequentially soaking the micro-stent prepared in(1) calcium chloride solution and potassium hydrogen phosphate solution, respectively washing with deionized water, then soaking the micro-stent in the cSBF solution, enabling cSBF solution to permeate micro-stent, placing the micro-stent into a constant temperature box at 37 ℃, discarding cSBF solution for one day each day, adding a new cSBF solution again, mineralizing, taking out after mineralization is finished, washing with deionized water, placing the micro-stent into a vacuum freeze dryer, and freeze-drying for 12 hours for standby, thus obtaining the silver/zinc doped micro-stent. USE - Method for preparing silver/zinc doped micro scaffold used for the preparation of a bioscaffold material having osteoconductive and antibacterial activity(claimed). ADVANTAGE - The silver/zinc doped microscaffold has excellent mechanical properties, good biocompatibility, excellent bone conduction and bone induction performances. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for silver/zinc doped micro-stent prepared by the method.
