NOVELTY - The LED has an LED device connected with a pn-junction structure. A p-doped cell is made of zinc-oxide material. The p-doped cell is coated with N-graphene material. Concentration of N-graphene material is about 3 wt. %. The p-doped cell is formed with a zinc matrix layer and a function layer. The zinc matrix layer and an oxidation zinc matrix are coated with N-oxidation graphene material. Upper and lower surfaces of the function layer are formed with an N-oxidation zinc material layer and a graphite material layer, respectively. USE - Zinc oxide/Polyvinylcarbazole-TFB hybrid LED. ADVANTAGE - The LED increases lighting intensity and reduces power consumption rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a zinc oxide/Polvinylcarbazole-TFB hybrid LED manufacturing method.
