▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene is prepared by irradiating polymethyl methacrylate nanofiber using electron beam to gradually graphitized and form parallel ordered layers of graphene, and controlling layer number and width of graphene by controlling current density, irradiation time and beam spot size of electron beam. USE - Method of preparing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method quickly prepares graphene with high accuracy and controllability without the use of high temperature, which makes it suitable for basic research in micro- and nanoelectronics.
