▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing hydroxylated graphene powder coating comprises (1) stirring a certain amount of graphene powder in an aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide, vanadium pentoxide with the pH of 3-5, ultrasonic processing to obtain a hydroxylated graphene solution, washing, filtering, and freeze drying to obtain a hydroxylated graphene powder, (2) dispersing of hydroxylated graphene and powder coatings and (3) coating film formation and testing corrosion resistance. USE - The hydroxylated graphene powder coating is useful for applying as a primer for various types of steel and iron marine engineering anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: is safe and environmentally friendly; has stable in storage, good adhesion on steel, iron and other substrates, and good mechanical properties e.g. flexibility and abrasion resistance, outstanding protective effect in acid, alkali, salt and other chemical media; and shows good protection performance against high and low temperature and high salinity in simulated marine environment experimental conditions.
