▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An esterified polyphenylene ether proton exchange membrane comprises 100-120 pts. wt. polyphenylene ether, 4-7 pts. wt. chlorosulfonic acid, 20-30 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate, 0.6-0.7 pt. wt. dibenzoyl peroxide, 3-4 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. aluminum tripolyphosphate, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. 8-hydroxyquinoline, and 3-5 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol. USE - Esterified polyphenylene ether proton exchange membrane. ADVANTAGE - The permeability of the polyphenylene ether proton exchange membrane is effectively improved. The methanol permeability is enhanced. The mechanical strength and the electrical conductivity of the finished film are effectively improved by adding the organically modified graphene. The quality of the finished film is enhanced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of esterified polyphenylene ether proton exchange membrane, which involves taking aluminum tripolyphosphate, adding to deionized water in an amount of 47-50 times, stirring evenly at elevated temperature of 60-65 degrees C, stirring for 20-30 minutes, adding polyvinyl alcohol at elevated temperature of 80-85 degrees C, and stirring for 5-10 minutes to obtain an alcohol water dispersion, adding dibenzoyl peroxide in an amount of 10-13 times of absolute ethanol, stirring uniformly to obtain an initiator solution, adding graphene oxide to aqueous alcohol dispersion, stirring uniformly, and ultrasonically processing for 13-20 minutes to obtain a graphene dispersion, adding methyl methacrylate to the above graphene dispersion, stirring uniformly, sending to the reaction vessel, introducing nitrogen gas, adjusting the temperature of the reaction vessel to 65-70 degrees C, adding initiator solution, stirring for 4-5 hours, discharging the product, cooling, filtering, washing precipitate water, drying at room temperature to obtain ester-modified graphene, mixing 8-hydroxyquinoline and chlorosulfonic acid, adding to the mixture of 20-30 times the weight of chloroform, stirring evenly, adding polyphenylene ether at elevated temperature of 40-50 degrees C, stirring for 1-2 hours with heat, suction filtering, vacuum drying the filter cake at 50-55 degrees C for 2-3 hours to obtain modified polyphenylene ether, mixing ester-modified graphene and modified polyphenylene ether, adding to the mixture of 17-20 times weight of dimethylformamide, ultrasonically processing for 1-2 hours, pouring into a Petri dish, and placing in a vacuum drying oven, drying at 70-85 degrees C for 20-30 hours under vacuum, forming film, putting into a constant temperature drying oven at 95-105 degrees C for 1-2 hours, peeling off film, washing film with water, and drying at room temperature.
