▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene or metal oxide coated metal nanowire grid comprises preparing a metal nanowire grid on a substrate, and performing either: (i) depositing graphene oxide on the surface of the metal nanowire grid by an electrochemical deposition method, and reducing the graphene oxide to graphene to obtain a graphene-coated metal nanowire grid, or (ii) depositing a metal oxide on the surface of the metal nanowire grid by an electrochemical deposition method to obtain a metal oxide grid coated with a metal oxide. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene or metal oxide coated metal nanowire grid. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes electrochemical deposition to selectively deposit graphene or metal oxide on the surface of the metal nanowire network; improves the stability of the metal nanowire network without affecting the photoelectric performance of the metal nanowire network; controls the thickness of the graphene or metal oxide shell layer by controlling the reaction conditions of the electrochemical deposition; and hardly reduces the transmittance of the metal nanowire network.
