▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Production of composite electrode involves preparing a mixture comprising 0.01-10 vol.% suspension of graphene oxide powder in water, alcohol or acetone, and 50-80 vol.% solution of 0.1-10 volume parts organic compound in water or alcohol, padding 0.2-10 ml mixture on carbon fibers per 1 cm2 of carbon composite surface for up to 24 hours, and drying at 20-90 degrees C for up to 1-12 hours. The organic compound is in the form of an aliphatic hydrocarbon or a cyclic hydrocarbon with a chain or molecule length equal to the length of nitrogen-nitrogen bond and/or carbon-carbon double bond, and comprising at least two primary or secondary amines in the molecule.
