NOVELTY - Graphene-based transparent conductive electrode is graphene thin film, which is combined to surface of gallium nitride (GaN) substrate of LED or UV detector by solidification. USE - Graphene-based transparent conductive electrode used in GaN-based photoelectric device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Using graphene thin film as transparent conductive electrode realizes a light emitting device with low cost and high brightness, and expands the application of carbon nanomaterial in GaN-based photoelectric device field. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) manufacture of graphene-based transparent conductive electrode comprising manufacturing graphene thin film using chemical vapor deposition or oxidation-reduction method; migrating graphene thin film to surface of GaN substrate of LED or UV detector by hot pressing using poly- or thin filter vacuum filtering methods, and performing annealing process; and performing UV etching or etching process on graphene thin film and GaN substrate; and forming transparent conductive electrode via electronic beam evaporation-deposition method; and (2) GaN-based photoelectric device comprising LED and UV detector, where graphene thin film combined to surface of detector by solidification is used as transparent conductive electrode comprising upper and lower finger electrodes or plane interdigital electrode.
