NOVELTY - Preparing flame-retardant cool cellulose fiber for summer curtain comprises preparing composite flame retardant slurry, ice cooling agent slurry and blending spinning solution, and spinning. The composite flame retardant slurry comprises 15-25 wt.% flame retardant, 1-3 wt.% rare earth lanthanum chloride microcapsule and 0.5-2 wt.% dispersant. The flame retardant is phosphorus flame retardant, silicon nitrogen flame retardant, melamine resin flame retardant and/or magnesium hydroxide microcapsule. A capsule wall material of the magnesium hydroxide microcapsule and the rare earth lanthanum chloride microcapsule is melamine formaldehyde resin. The ice cooling agent slurry comprises 10-15 wt.% mica powder, 15-20 wt.% graphene aerogel, 6-8 wt.% anti-ultraviolet agent and 0.5-2 wt.% dispersant. The anti-ultraviolet agent is titanium dioxide, talc and/or clay. The dispersant is sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, sodium hexametaphosphate and/or silane coupling agent. USE - The method is useful for preparing flame-retardant cool cellulose fiber for summer curtain. ADVANTAGE - The flame retardant effect is enhanced. The lanthanum chloride has good bacteriostatic action, so the curtain prepared by the fiber has good bacteriostatic effect. The fiber has dry breaking strength of 1.86-2.13 cN/dtex, wet breaking strength of 0.95-1.16 cN/dtex, limit oxygen index of 28.3-30.6%, Staphylococcus aureus bacteriostasis rate of 99.2-99.9%, Escherichia coli bacteriostasis rate of 98.6-99.9%, ultraviolet protection factor (UPF) value of 42-44 and ultraviolet-A (UVA) value of 3.92-4.65%.
