▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The preparation method of modified graphene oxide-coated silica gel involves adding silica gel to toluene as solvent and then mixing, adding (aminopropyl)triethoxysilane to the mixture and then heating, adding 0.2-2 mg/ml aqueous graphene oxide solution to the mixture and then reacting for 12-48 hours, washing using water, adding 2-bromoethylamine hydrobromide, 1-methylimidazole and acetonitrile as solvent to the mixture and then reacting, washing using water, adding ionic liquid, methanol as solvent and N,N-diisopropylethylamine to the mixture and then reacting at 30-80 degrees C and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparation of modified graphene oxide-coated silica gel, which is useful as chromatographic filler for separation analysis of vitamin, amino acid and organic acid (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of modified graphene oxide-coated silica gel with excellent chromatographic performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) modified graphene oxide-coated silica gel prepared by the method; and (2) use of modified graphene oxide-coated silica gel as chromatographic filler for separation analysis of vitamin, amino acid and organic acid.
