NOVELTY - Titanium-based polymer alloy high temperature resistant anticorrosive coating comprises titanium-based polymer alloy copolymer including 400-500 pts. wt. imide resin, 50-200 pts. wt. N-methylpyrrolidone, 100-300 pts. wt. dimethylacetamide, and 100-300 pts. wt. hydroxy organic titanium polymer; imide resin is soluble polyimide resin, polyamideimide resin, and bismaleimide resin; molecular formula of hydroxy organotitanium polymer is (I). USE - The coating is useful for internal coating protection of equipment in industrial flue gas desulfurization systems. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Titanium-based polymer alloy high temperature resistant anticorrosive coating comprises titanium-based polymer alloy copolymer including 400-500 pts. wt. imide resin, 50-200 pts. wt. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing titanium-based polymer alloy high temperature resistant anticorrosive coating comprising mixing and dispersing, grinding titanium-based polymer alloy copolymer, water-soluble phenolic resin, water dispersion phenyl silicone resin, anti-rust pigments, pigments, fillers, and coating additives, then adding polyphenolic resin emulsion and styrene butadiene rubber emulsion, mixing and dispersing evenly.
