NOVELTY - Method for preparing insulating and heat-dissipating paint comprises adding a resin diluent and a solvent to matrix resin, stirring at 3000-5000 rpm for 10-20 minutes, adding an amine neutralizer and neutralizing the pH value to 7-8 to obtain pretreated matrix resin, adding additives, fumed silica, silane coupling agent, insulating and heat-dissipating fillers to the pretreated matrix resin, and stirring for 10-20 minutes under the condition of 3000-5000 rpm to obtain a matrix resin mixture, grinding carbon, taking the matrix resin in 5-10% of the total weight of the carbon in the total amount of the matrix resin after grinding, adding to the carbon and grinding for 10-20 minutes to obtain carbon mixture particles with a particle size of not less than 800 mesh, adding the prepared carbon mixture particles to the matrix resin mixture, and stirring for 10-20 minutes under the condition of 3000-5000 rpm to obtain the insulating and heat-dissipating paint. USE - The method is used for preparing insulating and heat-dissipating paint (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses carbon mixture particles that has stable specification and shape, where the carbon mixture particles are dispersed in matrix resin, and after curing, the resin in the carbon mixture particles is connected with the matrix resin and cured, and ensures the dispersibility of the carbon mixture particles in the matrix resin, and the obtained paint has high heat radiating and high insulating property. The paint comprises 50-150 pts. wt. matrix resin, 10-30 pts. wt. carbon, 0.1-15 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 30-15 pts. wt. insulating and heat-dissipating fillers, 1-15 pts. wt. fumed silica, 15-100 pts. wt. solvent and 3-5 pts. wt. additives. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the insulating and heat-dissipating paint prepared by the above method.
