▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A cross-linkable monomer comprises a free radical curable ethylenic unsaturation covalently bonded to graphene oxide bonded to a metal ion. USE - Cross-linkable monomer is used in molding composition formulation for forming article chosen from vehicle bumper beam, vehicle door panel component, automotive floor component, vehicle spoiler, vehicle hood, spoiler, hood and deck lid (all claimed). Can also be used for cabinet, locker and pallet. ADVANTAGE - The molding composition formulation formed using the cross-linkable monomer provides molded article having improved surface conductivity, and excellent dimensional stability, mechanical property and electrical property. Inclusion of metal ion chelated to the graphene oxide affords control over the conductivity of the resultant article. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for molding composition formulation, which comprises a thermoset cross-linkable polymeric resin, the cross-linkable monomer, and a free radical polymerization catalyst for curing resin and monomer to form an article.
