NOVELTY - Heat-conducting composite material comprises 0.5-2 pts. wt. graphene, 87-92.5 pts. wt. high density polyethylene, 3-5 pts. wt. grafting agent, 3-5 pts. wt. toughening agent, 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. antioxidant and 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. lubricant. USE - The material is useful in a pipe (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has high temperature resistance, small thermal expansion coefficient, good heat conductivity, stable chemical performance and large plasticity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing material by taking graphene and high-density polyethylene powder, adding into high-speed mixer and mixing and stirring pre-dispersion, performing pre-dispersion, adding grafting agent, toughening agent, antioxidant and lubricant to continue stirring at high speed, stirring mixed material, allowing to enster the silo through the pipeline to control the feeding and extrusion rate of the twin-screw extruder, compressing and melting in a twin-screw extruder, stretching material through a die head, cooling by a cold water tank, and allowing to enter into a pelletizer for pelletizing.
