▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene-oxide-modified phenolic-resin-based ultrafine porous carbon fiber is prepared in form of micro-porous structure with diameter of 0.3-1.7 mu m and specific surface area of 500-900 m2/g and pore volume is 0.20 to 0.50 cm3/g. USE - Graphene-oxide-modified phenolic-resin-based ultrafine porous carbon fiber. ADVANTAGE - The fiber has high structural stability, better flexibility, strong pore structure and controllable surface oxygen content. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing graphene-oxide-modified phenolic-resin-based ultrafine porous carbon fiber, which involves adding graphene oxide in organic solvent, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion to prepare graphene oxide solution with concentration of 2.0-16.4 mg/ml, adding thermosetting phenolic resin and high molecular weight linear polymer into the graphene oxide solution at mass ratio of 1:0.010-0.024:0.01-0.10, stirring the mixture to form mixture solution, electrostatic spinning the mixture solution at spinning voltage 20-30 kV to form composite superfine fiber, curing the fiber at 180 degrees C for 3 hours and heating at 40-60 degrees C, carrying out carbonization on the fiber at 800-1000 degrees C under an inert atmosphere to obtain a finished product, where the inert atmosphere is nitrogen, argon gas and hydrogen, the organic solvent is ethanol, methanol, acetone, normal propyl alcohol or N, N- dimethyl formamide and the high molecular weight linear polymer is polyvinyl pyrrolidone, polyvinyl butyral, polyvinyl alcohol and polyacrylonitrile.
