USE - Photonic crystal beam cavity (PCNC) based nano graphene electric light modulating device for use in optical fiber communication system and optical interconnection system. ADVANTAGE - The size of PCNC based nano graphene electric light modulating device is reduced, the good regulating performance is ensured, and the wide application range is realized.
