NOVELTY - Preparing nano-titanate-graphene composite material comprises e.g. (i) mixing titanium dioxide and lithium source into wet ball milling, calcining to obtain nano lithium titanate powder, (ii) dispersing graphene in solvent, adding dispersant into the Microfluidizer M-110L (RTM: High-pressure micro-jet homogenizer) processor to obtain graphene dispersion, (iii) mixing nano lithium titanate powder and graphene dispersion, adding solvent, dispersing mixed graphene, and (iv) drying obtained product, carrying out annealing of resulting material and cooling to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing nano-titanate-graphene composite material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing nano-titanate-graphene composite material comprises (i) mixing titanium dioxide and lithium source in a molar ratio 0.8-0.9:1, adding it into wet ball milling for 1-48 hours, drying in protective atmosphere, calcining at 500-1100 degrees C for 1-36 hours to obtain micron lithium titanate powder, placing the micron lithium titanate powder in grinder, stirring at speed of 800-12000 revolutions/minute for 30-240 minutes, drying to obtain nano lithium titanate powder, (ii) dispersing the graphene in solvent, adding dispersant into Microfluidizer M-110L (RTM: High-pressure micro-jet homogenizer) processor, adjusting pressure to 400-10000 pounds per square inch PSI to obtain dispersion on the basis of the emulsification of the dispersant, allowing to stand, then taking the upper layer of dispersion to obtain graphene dispersion, (iii) mixing nano lithium titanate powder and graphene dispersion, adding solvent and dispersant to adjust the viscosity, then adding mixture into Microfluidizer M-110L (RTM: High-pressure micro-jet homogenizer) processor, adjusting the pressure to 400-15000 pounds per square inch PSI, then emulsifying and dispersing mixed graphene and the lithium titanate material to obtain nano-lithium titanate-graphene composite dispersion, and (iv) drying product obtained in step (iii), carrying out annealing of lithium titanate-graphene composite material under inert atmosphere and then cooling naturally to room temperature to obtain final product.
