NOVELTY - Thermoplastic vulcanization rubber is claimed. The thermoplastic vulcanization rubber is obtained by dynamic vulcanization process by vulcanizing 100 pts. wt. vulcanizable elastomer, 50-200 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyolefin, 5-75 pts. wt. crosslinked polystyrene, 0.5-15 pts. wt. benzimidazole-modified graphene oxide and 0.5-15 pts. wt. crosslinking agent mixture, where crosslinked polystyrene is (I). USE - Thermoplastic vulcanization rubber is useful in automotive sealing strip material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Thermoplastic vulcanization rubber with automotive sealing strip material has excellent sealing performance, weather resistance and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Thermoplastic vulcanization rubber is claimed. The thermoplastic vulcanization rubber is obtained by dynamic vulcanization process by vulcanizing 100 pts. wt. vulcanizable elastomer, 50-200 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyolefin, 5-75 pts. wt. crosslinked polystyrene, 0.5-15 pts. wt. benzimidazole-modified graphene oxide and 0.5-15 pts. wt. crosslinking agent mixture, where crosslinked polystyrene is of formula (I). m, n = greater than or equal to 2; R1 = H, 1-5C alkyl, 1-5C alkoxy or 1-5C alkyl group containing at least one hydroxy group; and R2 = H or sulfonic acid group. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for automotive sealing strip material comprising thermoplastic vulcanization rubber obtained by extrusion process.
