NOVELTY - Pulp powder is prepared, mixed with at least one of graphite powder, graphene powder and fullerene powder in weight ratio of 2:8-4:6, distilled water is added, stirred, water-soluble binder is added, mixed, hot-rolled, and dried. The obtained product is taken out, powdered silver layer is formed by performing powdered silver processing on surface of the obtained product. A silver solution containing silver powder is sprayed to powdered silver layer by coating or dipping, to obtain a graphite paper having silver powder layer. USE - Manufacture of graphite paper having silver powder layer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphite paper with silver powder layer having excellent heat resistance, wet-proof property and fire resistance, is manufactured using pulp powder having excellent homogeneity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Pulp powder is prepared, mixed with at least one of graphite powder, graphene powder and fullerene powder in weight ratio of 2:8-4:6, distilled water is added, stirred, water-soluble binder is added, mixed, hot-rolled, and dried. A silver solution containing silver powder is sprayed to powdered silver layer by coating or dipping, to obtain a graphite paper having silver powder layer. The water-soluble binder is mixture of emulsion starch latex or polyvinyl alcohol and vinyl acetate monomer. While vinyl acetate monomer is injected after melting polyvinyl alcohol, so that polyvinyl alcohol is used as protective colloid and vinyl acetate monomer reacts in protective colloid with expansion, reacts at reflux, and a mixture is manufactured. The coating amount of water-soluble binder is 250-300 g per 1 square meter. The hot rolling is carried out at 80-150 degrees C with moisture content of less than 3%.
