NOVELTY - Graphene lubricating oil additive comprises oxidized graphene suspension, nano calcium carbonate, nano boron nitride, nano molybdenum disulfide, expanded graphite, nano zirconium oxide, nano-aluminum oxide, nano titanium dioxide, nano silicon dioxide, N,N'-di-sec-butyl p-phenylenediamine, di-tert-butyl p-cresol, polyvinyl alcohol, methyl acrylate, pentaerythritol and nano zinc oxide, where e.g. preparation method of oxidized graphene suspension comprises adding flake graphite powder and sodium nitrate into concentrated sulfuric acid, then adding potassium permanganate, reacting at 4-10 degrees C for 2 hours, adding water into mixture, then adding hydrogen peroxide, centrifuging, washing to remove excess acid and byproducts and dispersing washed graphite oxide in water to obtain upper layer liquid i.e. oxidized graphene suspension. USE - Used as graphene lubricating oil additive. ADVANTAGE - The additive has ultra-high hardness and wear resistant; prolongs engine overhaul period; is oil-saving; reduces vibration, noise of engine, burning oil phenomenon and harmful gas in the tail gas; and improves power. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene lubricating oil additive comprises 5-20 pts. wt. oxidized graphene suspension, 1-5 pts. wt. nano calcium carbonate, 2-4 pts. wt. nano boron nitride, 5-6 pts. wt. nano molybdenum disulfide, 2-8 pts. wt. expanded graphite, 1-5 pts. wt. nano zirconium oxide, 2-8 pts. wt. nano-aluminum oxide, 1-6 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 1-8 pts. wt. nano silicon dioxide, 3-5 pts. wt. N,N'-di-sec-butyl p-phenylenediamine, 4-6 pts. wt. di-tert-butyl p-cresol, 2-5 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 2-8 pts. wt. methyl acrylate, 1-5 pts. wt. pentaerythritol and 2-8 pts. wt. nano zinc oxide, where preparation method of oxidized graphene suspension comprises adding 1 pts. wt. flake graphite powder and 0.5 pts. wt. sodium nitrate into 10-15 pts. wt. concentrated sulfuric acid, stirring for 1 hour, then adding 3 pts. wt. potassium permanganate, reacting at 4-10 degrees C for 2 hours, then reacting at 30-35 degrees C for 1 hour, adding 60-80 pts. wt. water into mixture, reacting at 70-90 degrees C for 1 hour, then adding 40-50 pts. wt. water, then adding 15 pts. wt. 30% hydrogen peroxide, reacting for 30 minutes, then adding 40 pts. wt. 10% hydrochloric acid solution, centrifuging, washing to remove excess acid and byproducts, dispersing washed graphite oxide in water, ultrasonically peeling for 30 minutes, then centrifuging at a rotating speed of 2000 revolution/minute for 20 minutes to obtain upper layer liquid i.e. oxidized graphene suspension; and nano-molybdenum disulfide is maleic anhydride-modified molybdenum disulfide, preparation process is: mixing 3-5 pts. wt. nano molybdenum disulfide and 10-15 pts. wt. absolute ethanol, ultrasonically dispersing, then adding 8-10 pts. wt. maleic anhydride, reacting at 30-50 degrees C for 1-2 hours, cooling to room temperature, filtering, washing filter cake with ethanol for 3-5 times, vacuum drying and crushing to obtain product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene lubricating oil additive comprising mixing all components and stirring at high speed for 20-60 minutes to obtain product.
