▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The empty cartridge (10) has a warhead with lower outer circumferential surface that is inserted into the upper inner circumferential surface of an internal space (15). A charging device is accommodated in internal space. A blasting cap (30) is equipped in the lower portion in internal space. The blasting cap is formed on the inner peripheral surface of internal space of a cartridge and having dimple with a depth of 0.1-1 mu m. The dimples are formed on inner peripheral surface of the internal space of cartridge. Graphene coating layer (11) is formed by a graphene. USE - Empty cartridge for firing warhead. ADVANTAGE - The graphene coating layer is prevented from being deformed by irregular deformation of the upper portion of the cartridge due to the explosive force of the charging device. The strength of the upper portion of the cartridge is increased due to the pressure applied when the graphene coating layer is formed in the dimple formation. The air tightness of the empty cartridge is increased. The damage to the inner circumferential surface of the weak chamber caused by the outer circumferential surface of the bullet is prevented. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing empty cartridge.
