NOVELTY - Composite thermal interface material based on metal-organic frameworks comprises nano metal-based MOFs composite material, a graphene-MOFs composite material, and carbon nano-tube-MOFs composite material. USE - Composite thermal interface material based on metal-organic frameworks. ADVANTAGE - The composite thermal interface material based on metal-organic frameworks has high porosity of aluminum-MOFs, low density, large specific surface area, channel rule, adjustable aperture, topological structure diversity and cutting property, increases continuity of the electronic component and radiator surface contact the foam-shaped channel structure filling interface between the contact, which greatly reduces the interface heat contact.
